Control Board Outlines Steps For Casinos To Reopen

The Nevada Gaming Control Board has released a list of steps casinos will need to take before re-opening for business.

Among them is the creation of a procedural plan that must be submitted seven days beforehand.

Re-opening procedures run from gaming operations to the return of employees who lost work during the COVID-19-related closures.

Casinos need to address customer payouts and other liability issues that came up during the closures. Nevada’s casinos have been shuttered since March 18.
