Las Vegas Lights Football Club Could Return To Play Next Month
The Las Vegas Lights Football Club could be playing games again as soon as next month.
Lights owner and CEO Brett Lashbrook said in a statement Thursday the United Soccer League has announced its intent to return to play for the 2020 season, with a provisional start date set for July 11.
Lashbrook said in resuming play, the league will stay in strict alignment with all local and state public health guidelines. Details such as competition format, schedules and broadcast plans will be made available in the coming weeks.
