The first buffet on the Strip to re-open after the pandemic-related shutdown will be The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas which is set to open Thursday.
But there have been some changes made to the way it’s done.
The company said Monday it’ll offer a serviced all-you-can-eat concept in which servers bring the buffet to the guests and will offer unlimited servings of nearly 90 dishes.
The buffet will follow new health and safety protocols, including social distancing and single-use menus.
