Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo says he approves of calls to defund police “in some aspects.”
In an interview with KLAS-TV Channel 8 Wednesday, Lombardo pointed out insufficient officer training when it comes to homelessness and mental health.
The sheriff also said Metro Police updated its use of force policy last month.
