Tennis champion Andre Agassi on career, drug use, retirement (aired 2009)

KNPR

Originally aired: Nov. 9, 2009

We're doing a summer series, looking back at some of the interesting people and topics we've talked about on State of Nevada over last several years.

The tennis legend has co-authored his autobiography.

In it, he speaks of drug use, the roller-coaster his career and personal life became in the 1990s and his eventual decision to retire in 2006.

Agassi talks about all that before he embarks on a national tour to promote the book.
