The latest review of Nevada's finances is under way. This time it includes a group of so-called stakeholders who will articulate a vision for the state's future. Sen. Steven Horsford tells us how the state will deal with deteriorating revenue and where he thinks the latest review will take Nevada in the next decade or two.
