What happened at the 2011 Legislature

The 2011 Legislature is slated to wrap up by 1 a.m. Tuesday. The budget deal was finally settled in the last week and lawmakers have spent much of the weekend ploughing through a pile of bills on everything from texting while driving to industrial safety.
