Steve Wynn recently told a reporter he is "dying" to open a casino in Singapore. But getting permission to build there could have Wynn waiting until at least 2017. Singapore has become second only to Macau a gaming center in Asia and is also poised to eclipse Las Vegas in terms of revenue. So why is Singapore such an alluring place for casino companies?
