Civil Rights, Part III

A meeting that prompted desegregation in Las Vegas would become known as the Moulin Rouge Agreement. Although participants differ in their accounts of what happened and why, no one disputes that Las Vegas had taken a step in the right direction that happened through the efforts of a dedicated group of civil rights advocates who fought for their beliefs.
