Ambassadors of Hope
Don't worry if you've never heard of this group. It's operating out of one
room in the Salvation Army Family Services building. But the volunteers are
trying to find work and housing for those who've been dispossessed by the
recession. We talk with organizers and two women who found that the economy
had left them jobless and homeless.

Amos Sawyer
Liberia is a little know but very troubled African country. It has endured a
series of civil wars but Amos Sawyer was briefly president as he tried to
re-construct the country's government. He will be a special commentator at a
screening of Pray the Devil Back to Hell, which is scheduled for the
tonight at the Boyd Law School at UNLV. The film shows how women from
various religions and tribes united to force a settlement to the devastating
civil wars that had racked the country.
